how can i resrtict the Border crosser details under Admins Person Management section

Hello Team,
Mexico admins should not be able to get the Border Crosser (Hired from US LDG works with Mexico BU) s information under Person Management section.
But here in our case the Mexico Admins can able to get only few of the Border Crosser s infromation.
We didn't get any reason.
Can anyone please help me in this scenario how can we check and restrict the border crossers.
