Assigning HR AOR Roles Changed Reporting

We are moving our HR Specialists to AOR Roles, based on Location. And in testing this in our lower instances, everything on the screens is working as expected. But in reporting, now our HR Specialists (that are Line Managers) are only seeing their Direct Reports. Rather than the whole Location of people that they support. Wondering what we missed?
