Can the new Mobile Inventory Redwood interface replace RF-Smart?

Summary:

RF-Smart is used to perform a lot of the Inventory activities while being able to scan the barcodes. Can the new Mobile Inventory which is giving an ability to scan barcodes/labels and also create labels in Mobile Inventory, be used entirely in place of RF-Smart?
