Can plan any order while using new "User Role" with new "Menu Assigned"

I have created new user role and associate it with my user and associate it also with different menu in the "Manage User Access > User Menu", I can create Order Base and release orders, once I reached that point if I try to plan on that order base I found no any options in the "Show Routing Options" but If changed the user role to my old one that I usually use it gives options again while planning.
