Move Up or Move Down Function for Dimensions Not Available

Hello!

The Move Up and Move Down buttons in the Edit Member Properties webpage does not appear for our Time Dimension in EPM Cloud Planning. Is there a way to enable these buttons? We just recently made some changes to our dimension members, and the order was thrown off.
