Are we able to hard code a specific sentence into the output of a prompt in AI Configurator?

We have successfully edited a seeded prompt for development goals however would like to include a standard line at the end of each response, something like "This was initially generated by AI Assist, please review and update". I have had a play with the prompt but no dice, any ideas?
