REDWOOD: Unable to access Review Attempts details

Hi there

This was raised on another thread but creating a new one. We have a course with a SCORM attached where two users have both completed the learning, but one user has the 'Review Attempt' option, where the other user doesn't (see screenshots).

Both have same system access and we are at a bit of a loss as to why this would happen. Could anyone shed some light please? @Anders Northeved-Oracle @Jamie Rancourt-Oracle any help please?
