Approval workflow in HRHD
There is a request from one for client to implement approval workflow in HRHD (HR Helpdesk - Redwood) for below 2 business cases. Please let us know whether we have approval workflow in Oracle fusion HCM 23C if yes please share the related documents to configure it.
Business case 1: When Agent/Manager/ Admin change the "Assigned to" values from current agent to new agent either in "Request Details" page or using Transfer functionality, it should be notified to new agent and he/she can either approve or reject the request.
Business case 2: When the Agent changes the SLA due date (response or resolution SLA due date) there should be an approval mail trigger to approver. Due date to be changed only when it is approved.
