UAE employees annual entitlement proration issue

Hello,

Employees get duration of absences based on the grades in oracle fusion. Once the calculate absence schedule is run and after few months there is change in the employees grade there should be prorate calculation of absence duration. But we are stuck with the proration of employees absence duration/net entitlement. Kindly help us urgently to support here.
