Regina (SK, Canada) timezone

We have locations that are based in Regina, SK and Yukon (YT) — they do not observe daylight savings time like the rest of the Canada provinces.

In PeopleSoft, we had a SKT timezone option and MKTA (Mountain Time Arizona) which does not adjust when DST starts and ends.

I do not see an equivalent in Fusion when setting up a location. Are there plans on setting these up? We feed this information to some downstream systems and have to adjust the timezones when DST starts and now when DST ends.
