Is BI Publisher SQL supported in Risk Management?

Summary:

At docs.oracle.com in the Risk Management area when I select "APIs and Schema" there are APIs documented but the back-end tables like GRC_CTRL_AAC_INCIDENTS are not documented. Are they not meant to be used in RM? The data lineage spreadsheet does show there are tables like that one I mentioned but there is no explanation like you get with other ERP products. One of the requirements I am asked for here is specifically Closed By which only appears to be a column in the FUSION_GRC schema instead of FUSION schema. I am assuming these are staging tables not meant for
