Segmentation Giving no results when using Planning Profile in Plan

Summary:

I have created segmentation under Manage segments and criteria.

Segment is Customer

Segment Criteria are:

1) Customer, Attribute is customer site in
2) Measure based criteria which uses a plan (the plan used has planning level profile attached to it), table and measure final shipments history is not blank.

the table shows the final shipments history against the pseudo sites.

execute segmentation is a success. but segmentation summary shows 0 values.

How to solve it.?
