SP: Self-importing SP REQ recommendations zip file to EBS on Prem- ERROR ORA-20002: 'APS RELEASE'

Getting the following error when trying to load SP Fusion recommendations to EBS on prem using "Collect Flat File Data -Self Service"

ORA-20002: User not defined or not assigned to the responsibility - 'APS RELEASE'

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Customer has EBS on Prem and Oracle ASCP. They want to keep EBS on prem but transition from ASCP to SCP Fusion.

The following are the steps that we have taken to try to self-import one PO Req from SCP to EBS on prem.

SCP FUSION:

  • "Supply Chain Planning" > "Supply Planning" > Tasks > "Manage Plans" > selected plan > "Actions" > "Open"
