How to define OWNER in LearningRequestApproval?
Summary:
We are on 24C.
On LearningRequestApproval, under Notifications, there is an ability to notify OWNER if the Task Status is Error.
My questions are,
1.If no active approver is found (based on manager hierarchy), the transaction goes to Failed.
When this happens, will it trigger the notification to OWNER based on the Task Status in Error?
2. If above assumption is true, how and where define the OWNER?
3. If we are not able to define the OWNER, then is it possible to hard-code an user or email address?
