How to get employee's party id through REST API

Hi All,

I want to create external bank for employee through REST API, it needs PartyID field.

I tried the API GET /expenseProfileAttributes, But it will return the party id of the user who call the API only.

May I know how to get employees' Party ID through Rest API?
