How to migrate the Operation Lease with the multiple schedule payments with the interest rate

Summary:

Hi Team,

An operation lease has existed in the client's current system since July 2017. The Total lease term is 124 months, and the interest rate is 3.5%. The scheduled payment changes every year.

In Oracle, the starting period of the book is Jan 24, so when I create this lease under the FA (Manage Leases) and If give the Noncancelable terms as 124 periods and add the payment type "Periodic Lease Payment," the system automatically updates the number of payments to 124 and is not able to change it. Please advise how I can handle this scenario.
