Can we open a PCS in any tool like notepad or any other editor tool

We are in Gen2 and have a very complex 4 level approval process.

I need to see where in the PCS term APPROVE is used. ( gateway branches .. etc )

We need to change APPROVE to APPROVED as there is down stream impact.

Apart from PCS there are changes in pkg, vbcs and ords that needs to be changed , which can be figured out.

Need help in PCS to figure out - Please help
