VBS Business rules condition on worker type

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to create Business rules for the Add pending worker quick action, based the worker type as a condition ?

For example, specific fields or region displayed if the Proposed worker type is Employee

In VBS, we have a condition "wRWorkerType" and I assumed that it has to be used for this requirement
