Has anyone encountered a significant configuration error in their Oracle ERP Cloud production environment and If so, how did you recover from the issue? Were there any specific steps or strategies you employed?

We're particularly interested in learning about any experiences with resetting a production environment or using an empty backup to restore it to its original state.
