Run integration of OIC3, when candidate is converted to a pending worker in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
What would be a technical design solution to initiate an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC3) integration when a candidate is converted to a pending worker in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The integration should capture and transmit relevant information about the pending worker to respective OIC' integration.
In similar cases, such as new hires or employee terminations, OIC3 can collect atom feeds for these events in Oracle Fusion HCM, as demonstrated in the following documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/application-integration/hcm-adapter/subscribe-atom-feeds-scheduled-integration.html. However, we are seeking guidance on how best to handle the conversion of a candidate to a pending worker during the onboarding process.
