Global Transfer and Learning Initiative

Hi Team,

We’re encountering an issue with our Learning Dashboard reporting due to complications arising from the Global Transfer scenario. Here’s a summary of the problem and the steps we’ve taken:

In the Global Transfer case, we’ve been deleting the new assignment record, but this has caused an issue where the learning dashboard incorrectly pulls the due date from the prior assignment. We would like to understand how other teams are addressing similar scenarios.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Create Course and Offering: Set up a course and learning initiative as outlined below. ( Screenshot 1)
  2. Automatic Enrollment: The employee is automatically enrolled in the course, and based on the renewal settings, a new course is assigned as expected (screenshot 2)
