Fusion Applications Integration with Microsoft Teams: Modifying Fusion Applications

I'm trying to download the software package from https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/fusion-applications-downloads.html. I got a few security errors, but finally, I could download the Oracle_SSN_DLM_11010002.exe.

However still I was not able to download the software package. I'm getting the below error.
