Is there a way to delete the previous selected valued from the flex field.

Summary:

I would like the system to delete values from the DEI fields when a user changes their consent value from YES to No or Yes to Blank

it is preferred that the deletion is done automatically after the user changes the consent value and saves so that if the user goes in and changes the value to Yes again, the previous values should not be longer there, using an automated program
