& is getting replaced with character (&) in OIC mapper

Hi All,

Individual query params passing to REST and & is getting converted in OIC mapper.

1. Single query parameter with full string. & is getting converted.

2. To test, created one variable and stored & symbol and passed it to REST, this also getting converted.

3. Tried with Concatenate in mapper with &. this also getting converted.

over all, & is getting converted within OIC mapper only. This is happening with OIC Only. No customizations, seeded issue.
