Create Award Business Unit list of values is not limited by Data Access assignments
Summary:
When creating an award, the Business Unit LOV on the create awards pop-up is not limited by the data access that the user is given. The user has the option to select all Business units that are enabled for Customer contract management. We need to be able to restrict this LOV by data access. Users are assigned the Grants department administrator role and they do not have data access assignments.
Besides this role, the only role the user has is the employee role.
An SR was raised, however I was advised that this is delivered functionality. Can anyone please advise on how to restrict the Business Unit LOV based on data access? We do not want users to be able to create awards outside of the organization which they have data access to.
