HCM position hierarchy because this hierarchy type isn't enabled

I cannot Enable the Enable Position Synchronization on the HCM Enterprise information, the below error is appear

You can't sync the manager from the HCM position hierarchy because this hierarchy type isn't enabled for the enterprise. (PER-1531932)
