It is possible recover / restore from last backup AlwaysFree 21c database

Hello everyone,

I know, OCI has informed that the AlwaysFree 21c databases will be removed. But TBH, I have found in my mailbox just one e-mail about it.

But ok, it is my bad.

I have used the database for APEX development. My backups are really old, and just what I need it my development code (APEX App and couple of PL/SQL packages).

It is possible to get last chance to start database or recover/clone from backup/ restore in maintance mode or whatever to save my last state of development (not the data)????

May be not in Cloud? My be locally with Oracle Free Database Image or any another ideas?
