Automatic Rev Rec should happen once Milestone for invoice is completed without revenue Milestone

We have a requirement using fusion Project financial Management, Automatic Rev Rec should happen once Milestone for billing is completed without revenue Milestone created in Contracts or if revenue milestone created in Contract should not appear in Project Plan, i tried to achieve this requirement using process configurator to create DFF at task level as status as there is no milestone source in available. and apply below condition

if task dff = completed then contract line project funding * line percent complete /100

another issue is don't have insert filter for DFF to use condition like "Equal to" for DFF sources.

Note: Customer is not ready to create manual event he wants revenue to be generated automatically once billing milestone is completed.
