Link to login into third party Benefits vendor using SSO - Possible?

Greetings,

We have a request to add a link on one of the OE Benefit pages which would allow our workers to navigate directly to the vendors website without needing to login to the vendors page. The vendor is requesting SSO.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am not an SSO expert, but I understand that our Fusion Cloud utilizes our on-premise enterprise ADFS for SSO authentication. If our Fusion cloud is not the SSO provider, how could we provide a link which uses SSO to login to a third party vendor?
