PC Miler property for UseTraffic

Summary:

We are using PC Miler as external service engine, upon discussing with PC Miler for some transit time issues, PC Miler support suggested to send <m:UseTraffic>true</m:UseTraffic> parameter with OTM request.

I have checked the OTM document for PC Miler and not found how to set "Use Traffic" for PC Miler in external service engine.

Can you suggest quickly to setup this in production?
