Issue with Salary Range That is Displaying on Assignment

We are having an issue with one of grade/Salary basis displaying the correctly on the salary page in assignment. I made an update to the grade rate on the Salary Range differential profile but when I test it out the correct range is not pulling when I enter a new hire or a salary change. Range displaying isn't the new rate for the new Grade Rate nor is it the old rate from the prior grade rate. I have not been able to figure out where the range is coming from, it doesn't actually a line to any of
