How to configure DOR approval that checks job Name for manager hierarchy and route till specific job

Summary:

We have a requirement where a DOR approval should trigger for Manager hierarchy and it should route only till manager is assigned AVP Job. (Job name starting with AVP)

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Scenarios: Ex 1 - If employee raises a DOR, it should go to manager +1 (if Line Manager not assigned AVP job) it goes to manager +2 (if Line Manager is assigned AVP Job, approval will stop)
Ex 2 - If employee raises a DOR, it goes to manager +1 (if Line Manager is assigned AVP Job, it stops)

Ideally system should find out job of Line manager in the hierarchy and route only till manager with AVP job is found.
