403 error when trying to preview the changes in VBS

Summary:

We created a new project to make the change related to the case management field. After making the change, when we preview the changes, we are getting this error, due to which we are not able to preview the changes.

Error message: Something went wrong preparing your application for preview. Response status for VX service  is 403.

Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?
