HCM Tables which store BIP/OTBI Scheduled Report email recipient

Hi Team - We've requirement to list down all the BIP & OTBI reports which are scheduled along with their email recipient details. (some notification could be dynamic based on Bursting query, and some would be static hardcoded email Id's used while scheduling). We've reviewed cloud customer connect, however, didn't get required details. Some of the MOSC documents suggests that it's not possible as these internal tables from Oracle side. Is there a way to achieve it?
