Access for Mass Download of DOR

Summary:

Hi I have been asked to give mass download of DOR access to some of our custom line manager roles. I see I need to add ORA_PER_MASS_DOWNLOAD under 'role hiearchry'. Do I do this at the DATA role, JOB role, or ABSTRACT role?

Also what processes do I need to run after? Is it just Send Pending LDAP and Import process or additional ones too?

If someone can confirm, that would be much appreciated.
