Bulk Plans scheduled via PCR were getting COMPLETED status with no shipments created nor Orders getting failed.

One Order with Bad data (zero ship units) getting participated in Bulk Plans again and again which impact whole set of Orders participated in the BP.

Until the Order with bad data is identified and eliminated the back log of Orders were huge and an significant impact to the business caused.

We want the Bulk Plan to fail the Order with bad data and plan rest of the Orders participated.
