Redwood Person details not visible

Summary:

The Dev environment was recently refreshed with 24D. The profile option ORA_PER_PERSONAL_INFORMATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED is enabled by default in 24D; however, the relevant Redwood pages are not available or visible via ESS (About Me)

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): 24D

Were any steps missed to activate the Redwood pages?
