Actually we need to restrict the submit button depending on transaction type and source highlighted in the screenshot.

The business needs to restrict some transaction types and sources for certain users while they will be also allowed to perform other transaction types and sources. The impact is that some users have access to certain transaction types from the miscellaneous transactions screen they shouldn't be allowed to submit button.

Is this possible to restrict the standard field after entering the bind parameter values.
