Supplier Registration Request Was Rejected Because of an Error

Hello,
I'm encountering an issue when using the supplier registration link (for both spend-authorized and prospective suppliers). I receive the following error message without any further details:
"Supplier Registration Request **** for **** Was Rejected Because of an Error."
When I check the "Approval History" section at the "Submit" step, a 404 error appears.
Additionally, the "Reject Reason" and "Reject Comment" fields are empty, providing no clues on the rejection.
There are approval rules configured in "Manage Supplier Registration Approvals."
Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
