    • The "Create Item from Copy" functionality is not working as expected

    I'm trying to create an Item using the "Copy Attributes and Then Apply Templates" option. Under "Copy Details," I'm selecting all specifications, the intended template, and the organization under relationships. However, after saving the item, I noticed that two of the EFF attributes under specifications aren’t copying over. Both attributes are LOV fields, and one is a multi-select. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to resolve it?
