24D My Team Banner Removal

Summary:

There is a new banner message in the My Team application that appears to be an ad for Oracle Analytics. The appearance of this message coincided with the application of the 24D patchset to our Dev environments. Rice University's IT department would like to remove this message so as not to be hounded by users with no technical decision making power demanding we buy Oracle Analytics. I've dug into the message in a sandbox enabled with Page Composer and the component is InsightMsgsBanner, but it appears that the banner can't be removed through Page Composer.
