View Historical Changes made to Seniority dates

Hello,

We are looking for a way to be able to view details of changes made to Seniority dates. Currently, we sometimes need to adjust an employee's enterprise seniority date based off of certain scenarios. We are looking to be able to view historical changes that were made to the seniority date for future reference if an employee happens to question why their date has changed.
