Customise Record External Learn Redwood UI page

I want to hide certain standard fields, like 'Score Archived,' on the Record External Learn page. However, these fields aren’t available in the new business rule created for this purpose. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? What would be the solution for hiding standard fields?
