Unable to copy Lvl0 data from P01-FY25 to P04-FY24 from one period to another, in FCCS.

What are the ways to copy all Lvl0 data from the period P01-FY25 to P04-FY24?

We attempted to do this through business rules (calculation rules), but we encountered member issues. We also tried exporting data from Data Management in the Test Environment to the Production Environment, but the process takes a long time. Another option is file loading, but the intersections in the file are not being accurately reflected, and the data in the file is varying from the actual data.
