How to highlight the records with specific colors based on date conditions in OTBI reports.

We need to highlight records in OTBI reports based on the following date conditions:

• Highlight records in green where the create date is earlier than the last update date.
• Highlight records in light red where the create date is the same as the last update date.

We created a report using the CRM pipeline and included all necessary fields. We added two new columns that return 'Y' or 'N' based on whether these conditions are met. However, when we applied conditional formatting based on these columns, it didn't work as expected.
