Allow international payments checkbox is not appearing while Registering the Supplier.

When trying to Register the supplier then Allow international payments checkbox is not appearing. We are adding Bank account that option/checkbox should come for allowing international payments but it is not appearing on the screen. Let me know if any setup is missing.
