not accurately summing

We need to sum one dimension based on its value, adding all level 0 members of other dimensions.

"0050" is a functional area dimension member, which needs to be summed up, and it needs to be passed to a member in the account dimension called total revenue. Wrote a script like below, its not getting summed up accurately.
