Absence of half day processing as full day on exception workday
Summary:
We have set one Saturday as working day, using Exception in work schedule.
Employees are allowed to take leave on that day.
When they add leave on that day they have to do it through advance mode.
So employees are putting date as 09/14 and time as 12:00 AM to 11:59 AM. During that time absence duration is showing as 0.5 days.
After monthly accrual processing is run, it is deducting one full day from absence balance.
Not sure why it is happening.
