Duplicate rows in Fixed Assets Depreciation OTBI report

Summary:

We've created a custom dashboard to view our Fixed Assets Depreciation, based on the 'Fixed Assets - Asset Depreciation Real Time' subject area.

We've found that some assets are generating additional rows and do not understand why. Could anyone help me troubleshoot the issue?

We would expect only the row with beginning NBV 0 and Depreciation Expense 0 to be shown (as the asset is depreciated/retired already in a previous depreciation run).
