Notification of Document Types getting deleted from other Admin's BPM Worklist after getting claimed

Hello Good-Evening Everyone,

I hope you are having a great day!

There are few document types in benefits on which we have attached an approval rule such that once if an employee goes and add any of these document types, an notification will be sent to ours business counterpart ADMINS regarding for its approve/reject by the help of "Application Data Role" on the "Manage Document Records".

Now once the notification is received to the Admin's then firstly they have to "Claim" it and then the "Approve/Reject" option will be visible to them. Now the issue which we are facing is -->as there are several admin's (i.e. 5 in total) to which this notification triggers. Once if any of these admin's "claim" the document types from his BPM Worklist then the notification for that document types approval is also deleted from the other admins "BPM Worklist Page". So apart from the admin who had "claimed" the document types notification earlier, none of the rest of the admin's are able to see it.

Howdy, Stranger!
